COVID-19 DELIVERY CHANGES

Covid-19 has put a strain on all deliveries and the companies processing them. Although we still aim to get your order to you within our promised time frames we have been advised by our couriers to please allow up to 2 additional business days before contacting us for your parcel. At Vera May we pride ourselves on getting your order to you quickly and therefore have started checking every morning and afternoon that your parcel has made some development in getting to you.

 

RETAIL ORDERS

Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Free shipping is available on all orders over $80.00 unless otherwise stated. For all orders below this, a flat rate of $10.00 will be charged.
  • Customers who wish to have Australia Post Next Day Delivery may call and pay the additional charge.
  • Any faulty items within orders need to be lodged with our Accounts Manager within 3 days after delivery.
  • Travel Bags are unable to be delivered to PO Boxes – please ensure your address your delivery.
  • During Sale & Peak periods (Christmas) please allow additional time for your order to be dispatched and delivered
  • Once dispatched, Vera May are unable to take responsibility of any delivery times, lost or misplaced parcels. We do however track your order to ensure it is delivered within the times frame below:

WHOLESALE ORDERS

Dispatch Policy

  • Shipping & Tax will be added to your online order at time of dispatch. Final payment will be required as shown on your delivery invoice.
  • Orders that are placed before 2:00pm will be picked and dispatched on the same day.
  • During Sale & Peak periods (Trade Fair) please allow additional time for your order to be dispatched and delivered
  • Wholesale orders are unable to be delivered to post offices or alternate locations. Please ensure your team are aware of a delivery to prevent the stock being undelivered.
  • Any discrepancies/faulty items with orders need to be lodged with our Accounts Manager within 3 after delivery.
  • Delivery times are out of our control, however our couriers advise delivery times as shown below:

  • Express Overnight delivery can be arranged for your order. This will be at a higher cost, so please contact the team for a quote and payment prior to 12pm the day you place your order.
