Good to know
- Travel bags cannot be sent to a PO Box, as they are too large. Please give us a street address.
- Your parcel will be left at the address if no one is home, so we suggest an address that is attended during the day.
- During sale and peak periods such as Christmas, please allow a little extra time.
- We track every order until it arrives. Once a parcel is with the courier we cannot control the delivery time, but we will always help you chase it.
- If anything arrives faulty or damaged, email accounts@veramay.com.au with a photo and we will sort it out. Time limits are on our Returns & Warranty page.
