Shipping & Delivery
- Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $100.00. A flat rate of $15.00 applies to orders below this amount.
- Need it fast? Australia Post Next Day Delivery is available — simply call us to arrange and pay the additional charge.
- Any faulty items must be reported to our Accounts Manager within 3 days of delivery.
- Please note: Travel Bags cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. Ensure a street address is provided at checkout.
- During sale and peak periods (including Christmas), please allow extra time for dispatch and delivery.
- Once your order has been dispatched, Vera May is unable to take responsibility for delivery timeframes or lost parcels. We track every order to keep things on course — estimated delivery times are as follows:

Dispatch Policy
- Shipping and tax will be calculated and added to your order at the time of dispatch. Final payment is required as shown on your delivery invoice.
- Orders placed before 2:00pm will be picked and dispatched the same day.
- During sale and peak periods, please allow additional time for dispatch and delivery.
- Wholesale orders cannot be delivered to post offices or alternate locations. Please ensure your team is available to receive the delivery to avoid any delays or returns.
- Any discrepancies or faulty items must be reported to our Accounts Manager within 3 days of delivery.
- While delivery timeframes are managed by our courier partners, estimated times are as follows:
