Ordering

All orders placed through the website are picked, packed and ready to dispatch within 16 business hours. Every item is wrapped carefully to prevent damage in transit.

Retail orders

  • All prices are in Australian dollars.
  • Shipping is free on Australian orders over $100. Orders under $100 are a flat $10.
  • Orders are left at the premises when delivered, so we recommend an address that is attended during the day.

Wholesale orders

Not a stockist yet? Apply for a wholesale account and our team will be in touch within three business days.

How your order is processed

  • Your order is attached to your Vera May stockist account.
  • Shipping and GST are added at the time of dispatch. Final payment is due as shown on your delivery invoice.
  • Any items placed on backorder will have a new invoice created, with GST and delivery added at the time of dispatch.
  • Promotions run through your agent, not online. Retail promotions cannot be used on wholesale prices.

Dispatch and delivery

  • Orders placed before 2.00pm are picked and dispatched the same day.
  • Wholesale orders cannot be sent to a post office or an alternate address. Please make sure your team knows a delivery is coming.
  • Express overnight delivery can be arranged at extra cost. Contact the team for a quote and payment before 12pm on the day you order.
  • Courier delivery times are the same as the retail times on our Delivery page.
  • During peak periods such as trade fairs, please allow extra time.

Holding stock

  • If your order needs to be held at the warehouse there is a small fee, relative to the size of your order.
  • We recommend ordering stock ready to be received within 7 business days.
